Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy Lee and Vera Maxine Woosley (Morris); his brother Ron "R. W." Woosley; and his nephew Ryan Lee Woosley. He is survived by: his daughter Erica Strong (Gabriel) of Lake Stevens, Washington; his siblings, Randall Woosley of Creston, Iowa, Mitch Gaiser of Creston, Iowa, Lora Gaiser of Des Moines and Jennifer Morris (Ken) of Marion, Iowa; and his close friend Peggy Kingery of Creston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family and many friends.
