He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward Vicker and Edna Louise (Mudra); his son Jimmy Vicker; his grandson Ben Tripp; his great grandchild Paisley Morgan; and his brothers, Ralph and Richard Vicker.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Jo (Brewer) of Inverness, Fla.; his children, Pam Van Fossen of Centerville, Randy Vicker (Anne) of Creston and Mark Vicker (Angie) of Creston; his stepdaughter Staci Wilker (Chad) of Creston; his sister Dorothy Herr of Fontanelle; his daughter-in-law Mary Vicker of Osceola; his grandchildren, Dennis Tripp (Carla), Denise Morgan (Shane), Sandy Tripp (Amber Barber), Carrie Seddon (Jared), Sarah Miller (Mark), Clint Vicker (Amber), Scott Vicker, Nathan Vicker (Faith Baker) and Brian Vicker (Kali); and his stepgrandchildren, Darren Wilker (Jessica) and Megan Wilker. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
