He is survived by: his parents, Randall Lee Woosley of Creston and Barb Ann Woosley (Mason) of Osceola; his fiancé Shaeina Allison of Creston; his daughters, Rylee Woosley of Afton and Rayven Shields of Afton; his brothers, Nathan Woosley (Mary) of Omaha and Justin Woosley of Leon; and his grandson Wesley Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are to the family to be determined.
