She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Miller and Ruth Miller (Stauffer); and her husband Richard Charles Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Steven Bailey (Kristie) of Boerne, TX, Donna Vandel of Creston, IA, Sue McGuire of Kerrville, TX and Richard Bailey, Jr. (Pat) of Kerrville, TX.; her siblings, Jim Miller (Judie) of Palmyra, PA and Doris Heck (Ralph) of Elizabethtown, PA; her grandchildren, Melissa Gabourie (Daniel), Jessica Villarreal (Ulises), Cody Vandel, Casidy Cavanaugh, Joey McGuire (Sabrina) and Jennifer McGuire; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Avery, Autumn, Ayden, Eli, Emerson, Emily, James, Jaxson, Makayla, Meghan, Michael, Paden, Paisley, Sofia and Xander.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Powers Funeral Home (601 New York Ave, Creston, IA 50801). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Powers Funeral Home - Creston (601 New York Ave, Creston, IA 50801).
