He is survived by: his wife Jaye Sprague of Creston; his daughters, T'Lee Jo Jones of Des Moines and Elizabeth "Lizzy" Elaine Sprague of Creston; his siblings, Chad Sprague (Jeanne) of Branson, MO. and Pam Loudon (Mark) of Creston; his grandchildren, Rachel Warner, Hayden Jones and Serenity Sprague; and his siblings' children, Travis Loudon (Danika), Chris Loudon (Dawn), Jeremy Liford, Macie Sprague, Jarryn Sprague, Jakob McIntosh and Savannah Sprague.
