Vern Eblen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2022, at the age of 77, Vern Eblen of Creston, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vern Eblen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hubert and Gladys Pearl Eblen (Hiatt); his sister Connie Albrecht; his parents-in-law, Shirley and Arthur Daub; and his brothers-in-law, Eugene, Glen and David Daub (Linda).
He is survived by: his close friend Jerry Mikkelsen (Eileen); his wife June A. Daub of Creston; his sons, Chris Eblen (Jennifer) of Papillion, Nebraska, Eric Eblen (Kristen) of Linn Creek and Scott Eblen (Chasidy) of Creston; his granddaughters, Rachel, Sophie, Nova, Emme, Samantha, Karissa and Jazmyne; and his sister-in-law Janet Daub of Council Bluffs, IA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Creston Animal Rescue Effort or the Vern Eblen Memorial Fund, to be established.
