She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Shearer of Leesville, LA. and Terry Shearer (Donna) of Cross, S. C.; her grandchildren, Wayne, Alex, Amanda, Haley and Dalton; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Kadalenna, Kadance, Silas and Tuff; and her siblings, Helen Hinshaw of Clearfield, Linda Hogan (Dean) of Lenox, Kathi Warner of Lenox, Lora Brown of Lenox, Bobbie Konkler (Tony) of Carroll, IA. and Leroy Dukes (Kay) of Bedford.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (702 W Prairie St, Creston, IA 50801). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Presbyterian Church (702 W Prairie St, Creston, IA 50801).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are to the First Presbyterian Church or EveryStep Hospice.
