He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Josephine (McMenamy) and Harry Fred Marquart; his wife Sylvia M. Starks; his siblings, Ann Marie Brown, Genevieve Push and Hank Marquart; and his parents-in-law, Margaret and Cecil Starks.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert R. Marquart (Deborah) of Cromwell, Thomas L. Marquart (Tracy) of Creston, James A. Marquart (Deb Weisshaar) of Creston and Joseph R. Marquart of Creston; his granddaughters, Brandi Smith (Matt) and Corina Hoepker (Troy); his great grandchildren, Dylan, Kaylee, Tyler Hoepker, Lucas and Evan Smith; and his siblings, Jean Ronquillo of MIssissippi, Joyce of Alaska and Richard Marquart of Albuquerque. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
