He was predeceased by: his mother Viola Jane Sandstrom (Veatch); his wife Mary Louise Sandstrom (Northup); his father Gunnar Sandstrom; and his daughters, Rosanne Sandstrom, Valerie Ann Sechser and Michele Poulson.
He is survived by: his son Loren Sandstrom (Theresa); his brother-in-law John Sechser; his sister Marlene Wyer (Jim); and his grandchildren, Jake, Catie, Courtney, Matt, Nick, Chelsea, Clint, Lisa, Kyra, John, Tim, Bernie, Holly, Carter, Julia and Brie. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
