She was predeceased by: her father Bryan Houston Jr.; and her brother Kenneth "Kenny" Pruitt. She is survived by: her mother Marsha R. Pruitt (Wilson) of Danville; her children, Anna Stewart (Bennett) of Burlington and Michael Smith (Roxanne) of Burlington; her granddaughters, Jaymie "MiMi" and Evelyn; and her cousin Rebecca Pointer (Gene) of Ohio.
A memorial fund has been established for the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House.
