It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Thayer Patrick of Danville, Iowa, born in Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on November 13, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Everett Frederick and Cora Lena Miller (Breuer); her former life partner Wendall "Curtis" Thayer; her husband Michael Patrick; and her stepmother Violet Ida Miller.

She is survived by : her children, Julie Howe (Todd) of Burlington and Aaron Thayer (Robin) of Gilbert, AZ; her grandchildren, Samantha Mears (Rusty), Rachelle Fairlie (Justin), Kody Howe, Trinity Barton (Christofer), Brooke Thayer and Zachary Thayer; her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Cameron Fairlie, Kingston, Cora Mears, Lillianne and Chase Barton; and her brother Wayne Miller (Margaret) of St. Joseph, MO..

A memorial has been established for the Danville Lions Club.
