He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Jones and Elsie Jones (Basham); his wife Marilyn Huddleson; his sister Nancy Keser; and his aunt Helen Reed.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Berges (Leroy) of Burlington, Roxie McVey of Danville, Ross McVey (Cindy) of Burlington and Randy McVey of Danville. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
