He is survived by: his mother Darlene Nuss Stevens Spencer of Burlington; his former wife Janet Genck; his son Nathan of Keokuk; and his brothers, Steve Spencer (Trina) of Danville and Mark Spencer (Lana) of Burlington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
