She was predeceased by: her father John Harley Stevens; and her brother Michael Jay Stevens. She is survived by: her husband Jeff of Paul's Lutheran Church; her children, Brennan Bladel (Kylie) of Arlington Texas and Kylie Bladel of Wentzville Missouri; her mother Ellen Rosalie Stevens (Rosalie); and her siblings, John Stevens (Karen) of Franklin Ohio, Natalie Albrinck (Jeff) of Cincinnati Ohio and Kristen Stevens of Roseville Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to MercyOne Genesis Foundation, Trauma Care and Emergency Room.
