She is survived by: her children, Felicia Faye Smith of Davenport, IA, Jerrie Bernard Smith (Dawna) of Springhill, KS, Robert Darnell Wise of Davenport, IA. and Jeriel Wise of Davenport, IA.; her stepson Garry Teague, Jr. of Shreveport, LA.; her brothers, Donnie Montgomery of Ypsilanti, MI, Darryl Montgomery of Houston, TX, Gary Montgomery of Sheffield, AL., Ricky Montgomery of Sheffield, AL. and Charles Montgomery of Sheffield, AL.; her brother-in-law Leo Fuqua of Sheffield, AL.; her aunts, Annie Smith of Muscle Shoals, Alabama., Bethenia Smith of Muscle Shoals, Alabama. and Bessie Smith of Muscle Shoals, Alabama.; her close friend James Barnes of Davenport, IA.; her caregiver Nicole Moore; and her close friends, Heather Llewellyn, Lenny Conner and Shane Searcy. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
