She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollin R. Kirkpatrick and Violet E. Kirkpatrick (Peden); her significant other Jerome W. "Jerry" Rettler; her sister Sandra K. Smith; and her brother-in-law Dallas Rettler (Sharon).
She is survived by: her sons, John (Melissa) and Jason (Emily); her grandchildren, Brandon Cornett (Charlie), Taylor, Austin, Grace and Faith Rettler; her great grandchildren, Aydin, Alyvia, Isabella and Draven; her brother Roger Kirkpatrick (Jan); her brother-in-law Mike Smith; and her close friends, Karen Perme and Kay Modglin.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Runge Mortuary (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may go to the Scott County Humane Society.
