Arleen E. Minkler Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arleen E. Minkler (Davenport, Iowa), who passed away on August 7, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur A. Peters and Ella Peters (Hagman). She is survived by: her nibling Lynn; her husband Dwight J. Minkler; her sister Dorothy Peters; her daughter Lynn Moore (Jim); her grandson Evan Lonergan; her son-in-law Dennis Lonergan; her daughter Lori Lonergan; her siblings, Carol Maher and Charles Peters; her brother-in-law Thomas Maher; and her friend Lavila Ramsey.

They were very fortunate to have each other to get through the terrible isolation from family and friends during the worst of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

No memorials have been established but can be made to the charity of your choice.
