She was predeceased by: her mother Vera Mae Quinn; and her niece Crystal Newman. She is survived by: her siblings, Kim Quinn, Jean Johnson, Anne Quinn and Joe Quinn of Davenport. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“Barb was a light at work. She was diligent about her performance. She worked far into her illness with no complaints, She had a sense of humor that I just loved. She loved color in her home & in her yard but always wore black! She would do anything for you. She helped me move (who does that). She loved her family. Barb was also a friend. I brought my daughter out to see her horses. She dog sat for me. We sat & talked. Halloween was always a display. So much more...My heart will miss her! Janice”
