She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Brazeau and Stella Brazeau. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Owen; her daughters, Cathy Owen of Bettendorf and Amy Welter (Ted) of Iowa City; her grandchildren, Morgan Welter of Chicago, Mason Welter and Emma Welter of Iowa City; her sisters, Jane Richards (Paula Susmark) of Mesa, AZ and Mary Biller (Jim) of Lisle, IL; and her pets, Jasper, Sammy and Ryno.
Memorials may be made to the Clarissa Cook Hospice House.
