He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth, Helen Lundeen, Jesse and Clementine Breon; his uncle Steve Breon; and his cousins, Anthony Breon and Matthew Frasher.

He is survived by: his parents, Rick Lundeen (Teri Watt) and Connie Lundeen (Breon); his daughter Kinleigh Struck; his sister Kristie Blevins (Cory); his sibling's children, Taylor Henning, Adison Blevins and Blake Blevins; his great-niece Briella Henning; and his close friend Holly Johnson of Davenport.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established for his daughter.
