She is survived by: her husband Glenn Leach of Mary's Catholic Church; her sons, Jeff Leach (Misty) and Brian Leach; her grandchildren, Keith, Crystal, Madison and Makala (Royal); her great grandchild Lilah; and her siblings, William "Bill" Olietti (Carol), Joe Olietti (Nancy) and Phyllis VanCura.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bernie's honor may be made to St. Ann's Catholic Church, Habitat for Humanity, or Doctors Without Borders.
