She is survived by: her husband Larry Geurink; her children, Nathan Geurink (Melissa) of Wheatland and Kayelyn Blake (Beau) of Davenport; her grandchildren, Cheyenne, Logan, Landon, Wyatt and Tucker; and her sisters, Peggy Dietz (Doug) of Walcott and Jody Coffman (Chris) of Eldridge. She is also survived by nephew and four nieces.
