He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Arnold and Dorothy Arnold (Corns); his daughter Erin Fitzpatrick; his sister Madeline Ford (Jim); his brother-in-law Arcie Sapato; and his close friend Frank Allred.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Fitzpatrick (Adrian); his children, Sharna (Rick Church), Robin (Carey), Jenell (Steve), Rob Arnold (Becky), Colleen (Paul) and Michael Fitzpatrick (Cynthia); his sister Dorothy Sapato (Moline); and his close friends, Lorene Allred, Bill, Marian Hufford and Gerald Schmidt. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Blue Grass American Legion where Blaine was a member.
