He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Chapman; his children, Keagan, Kaylyn and Kiley; his parents, Brenda Chapman of Moline, IL and Phillip Chapman of Des Moines; his siblings, Bryan Chapman (Karen) of Florida, Taylor Chapman of Colorado, Carey Chapman (Phil Noriega) of Wisconsin and Raelynn Chapman of Colorado; and his nephew Kuyler of Arizona.
