He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo R. Entler and Mildred Entler (Iverson); his granddaughter Charlotte Stebens; his brother Gary; and his siblings-in-law, Paula Strockbine, Cathy Quilty and Jamie Stebens.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Stebens; his son Shawn Stebens (Katy); his grandchildren, Isabelle Cooper (Xavier), Nathaniel, Zachary, Addison and Eleanora Stebens; his great grandchildren, Miyah, C. C., Timothy and Nova Stebens; his siblings-in-law, Robin Jennings (Chris), Bill Stebens (Sheila), Alan Strockbine and Chris Quilty; and his close friends, Fred Wheeler and Mark Jennings.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Runge Mortuary & Crematory (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Runge Mortuary & Crematory Chapel (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807).
