He is survived by: his significant other Janice Terrell of Mary's Catholic Church; his son Matt Kessel (Bria); his grandchildren, Andrew Kessel of Centennial, CO, Alexandra Kessel of Centennial, CO and Wilson Kessel of Centennial, CO; his siblings, Dwight Kessel of Muscatine, IA and Beatrice Reynolds of Panora, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Jess Terrell (Vickie) of Martinsburg, IA and Trilla Christner of Fairfield, IA.
