It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celia Rangel of Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Celia Rangel to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ycidro Ramirez and Maria Ramirez (Perez); her husband Hilario E. Rangel; her son Jose Alfred Rangel; and her siblings, Gregory Ramirez, Rosa Vorhauer, John Ramirez, Jesse Ramirez, Joe Ramirez, George Ramirez and Juanita Schroder.
She is survived by: her children, Nik Ramirez and Sandi Sweetland (Jennifer Helean); her grandchildren, Troy Sweetland, Victoria Tovar (Luis), Melinda Sweetland and Melissa O'Dell (Nick); and her siblings, Alcadio Ramirez and Lupe Ramirez (Sharon). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
