He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mooney and Edna Mae Mooney (Van Cleave). He is survived by: his wife Sue Henry; his children, Cindie Mooney, Tim Mooney (Kim) and Ann Mooney; his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Tyler, Noah and Zoey; and his brother John (Kristy).
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (4105 N Division St, Davenport, IA 52806). A Mass was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in tribute to him.
