He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Simon and Theresa Simon (Miller); his wife Mary Lou Harris; and his siblings, Bob and Gert.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Simon, Jr. (Chris) of Davenport, Kathy Boland (Terry) of Bettendorf and James Simon (BJ) of Vienna, Virginia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
