She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Henry and Lilla Carr (Morlan); and her brothers, Trent and Rodney Carr. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Evans; her children, Jennifer Smith (Brian Vitti) and Justin Evans (Amy); her grandchildren, Evan, Lilla Smith, Cole and Mason Fisher; and her brothers, Dennis Carr (Tammy) and Scott Carr (Laurie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Genesis Health System Foundation for future nurses.
