She is survived by: her daughter Jessica; her son-in-law Tim "T. J." Boyer of Davenport; her grandchildren, Jordan Puckett, Kimberly Peters, Riley Puckett and Angel Boyer; her great grandchildren, Avianna, Hevanah and Dawson; and her nephews, Stevie Heikens and Robert Cook.
