He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Bunge (Alicia) of Coal Valley, IL and Byron Bunge (Melanie); his grandchildren, Chase Bunge and Haley Woolley; his siblings, Max Bunge (Janice) and Cynthia Stolley; his siblings-in-law, Chris, Marty Griffin of Port Byron, IL and Lynn Haesaert of Syracuse, NY; and his daughter-in-law Stacey Bunge (Moline). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (4105 N Division St, Davenport, IA 52806). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
