He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fox and Phyllis Fox; and his sisters, Denise White, Diane Fox and Debbie Sabel.

He is survived by: his wife Tina Fox (Fox); his sons, Ben Fox (Tina) of Overland Park, KS, Phillip and Keith Yerington (Shayna) of Milton, IA; and his brothers, Doug Fox (Kim) of Newton, IA and Denny Fox (Terri) of Bettendorf, IA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, along with his nieces and nephews.
