She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Copenhafer and Alice Mae Copenhafer (Irons); and her brother-in-law Roger Smith. She is survived by: her sister Verna Smith; her nephews, Rob Paulsen (Tanya), Gary Paulsen (Beth) and DeWitt; her great-niece Iva Mae Paulsen; and her goddaughter Lynette Parr (Sharon Batten).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Life Baptist Church or Grandview Baptist Church.
