He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Ann Fagan; his children, Sarah Cullen of Bettendorf and Patrick Cullen (Morgan) of LeClaire; his grandsons, Blake and Tyler; his brother Dan Cullen (Sue) of Wickenburg, Arizona; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Lovetinsky (Steve) of Iowa City and Peggy Inman (Scott) of Milan.
