David left this world on May 12, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Hass and Velda Hill; his wife Janis Lyons; his stepmother Nancy Hass (Janis); his brother Michael Hass (Sharon); and his stepbrother Doug Twigg.
He is survived by: his children, Megan Smyser (Josh) and Brandon Hass (Catherine); his grandchildren, Madison, Cooper, Tucker, Carter Smyser and Anna Hass; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Jackson and Kim Trent.
