He is survived by: his mother Joan Lyngholm (Sothmann); his wife Teresa Lyngholm; his children, Jennifer Foster (Shunte), Jami Dugan (Jeffrey), Tobey Rhodes (Dennis Jr.) and Benjamin Womack; his grandchildren, Justin, Ashley, Airian (Gabi), Anthony, Alton and HayLee; his brother Steven Lyngholm; his nieces, Steffanie, Christina and Joey; Zula. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Trinity Cancer Center, in Moline, Illinois.
