We are sad to announce that, on September 10, 2025, David P. Meyer of Davenport, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Meyer and Sarah Meyer (Holmes); and his siblings, Bernice Moore (Roy), Doris Plummer (Floyd), Carol Moore (Roy), Ferris Meyer (Mary Lou), Albert Meyer (Monte) and Marlend Meyer (Sylvia).
He is survived by: his wife Paula Thilges; his daughter Renee Meyer Ernst; his granddaughters, Ariana of Davenport and Jaden Ernst of Davenport; and his sisters, Ardell Begalske (Rollin) of Cedar Rapids and LaVonne Volle (Dan) of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
