He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Chapman; his significant other Tammy Viscioni; his children, Jesse Ellis of Davenport and Hannah Ellis Ackerman (Chad) of Davenport; his daughter-in-law Shelly Ellis; his grandchildren, Baleigh, Leah and Evie; his niece Tawny Cunningham; and his nephew Jay Craig Ellis.
