He is survived by: his brothers, Rodney (Judy) of Davenport, Alan of Davenport, Loran (Mirang) of Davenport, Gregory Ouderkirk of Davenport and Gordon Ouderkirk (Judy) of Sperry, IA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
