She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Reynold Dietz and Anita Dietz (Puls); her husband Herbert Schaar; her son Scot Schaar (Karen); her granddaughter Sydney Gerritsen (Torre); her stepgranddaughter Alissa Krambeck (Kurt); her great grandchild Vaughn Gerritsen; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Koen and Annika Krambeck; and her brother Dale Dietz.
Memorials may be made to the Davenport Elks Lodge.
