He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Formholtz (Roland) of Davenport and Chris Shaw (Daniel) of Blue Grass; his grandchildren, Taylor Garrett (Mitch) and Jonathan Shaw; his great grandchild Beau Garrett; and his brothers, Tom Rodgers (Janice) of LeClaire and Mike Rodgers of Davenport.
