He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ruggles and Ila Ruggles (Simkins); and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Jo Kohler; his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Stickel (Prior); his children, Gregory Ruggles (Jennifer) of Bettendorf, Christopher Ruggles of Portland, OR and Jessica Escontrias (Dan) of Bettendorf; his grandchildren, Kohler, Gracen, Jackson, Allysa, Alexander, Gabriella, Andrew, Analise and Maximus; and his brothers, James Ruggles (Dianne) of Stockton, CA and R. Brant Ruggles (Mary Ann) of Morgan Hill, CA.
