He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Benson and Jane Benson (Ramsey). He is survived by: his wife Sherrill Benson; his children, Elizabeth "Lisa" Benson, Angela Moylan (Ryan) and Christopher Benson; and his grandchildren, Kayley, Aubrey, Colton, Jariah, Kennedy and Benny. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
