Donald Eckman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Eckman (Davenport, Iowa), who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Eckman and Ester Eckman (Gerber); and his sons-in-law, Thomas Vance and Richard Guhin. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Eckman (Alting); his parents-in-law, Mary Eckman, George Eckman, Katherine Guhin (Eckman), Margaret Eckman, Jane Vance (Eckman), Sarah (Eckman) and Brad Pautsch; and his grandchildren, Sarah Jane (Cody), Ann, John, Joseph, Mary and Reggie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Haiti Project out of St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
