She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Ray" DeLay and Sadie DeLay (Collier); and her siblings, Patrick, Les DeLay and Connie Peterson.
She is survived by: her husband Jay Sweet; her children, Matthew Sweet (Megan) of Davenport, Breanna Schiffke (John) of Davenport, Andrew Sweet of Davenport and Anthony "Tony" Sweet of Davenport; her grandchildren, Adrianne Sweet, Johnathan, Katelinn Schiffke and Raena Sweet; and her sisters, Michele Banaszek (Dan) and Mai Nguyen.
