He is survived by: his daughter Donna; his granddaughter Brittany Misner (Keymo Hare) of Davenport; his great grandchildren, Malik Johnson and Mila Hare (Barbara Cain); his stepson Lloyd Eastwood of Topeka, KS; his nephew Ed Railey of Oklahoma City, OK.; Penny Estay of Kentucky, Charles Brady of Kentucky and David Cain.
