She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Montoya and Santos Montoya (Longoria); her husband Manuel Garcia; her children, Armando and Elva Garcia; and her siblings, Bertha Herrera, Emma Requenez, Eulogio Montoya and Eustorgio Montoya.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Garcia, Manuel Garcia, Jr. (Phyllis) and Mary Gonzalez (Rolando); and her brother Tico Montoya. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
