He is survived by: his wife Mary McWane (Logas); his stepdaughters, Anna Brown of Davenport and Tracy McQuillen (Terry) of Washington, Illinois; his stepgrandchildren, Kate, Rachel Brown, Bree Gutierrez (Matt) and Amanda Blank (Corey); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Graham, Emery Gutierrez, Brady and Oliver Blank; and his nieces and nephews, Craig Fellows (Kim), Scott Smiley (Terri), Becky Mazanec (Mike), Todd Smiley (Chelle), Jackie Guidi (Andrew) and Jason Fellows.
Memorials may be made to Mary Fellows for a fund to be established in Doug's memory.
