He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Stewart; his children, Sidney Merritt (Nelson) of Longmont, CO, Kelly Hatz (Jim) of Bailey, CO and Michael Mabry (Leana) of Henderson, NV; his stepchildren, Tracy Buzzell (Tom) of Naples, FL and Dan Schneider (Joannie); his grandchildren, Jessica (Mark), Sam, Ben, Shelby, Jake (Zach) of Ryan, C. J., Logan and Charlie; his great grandchildren, Porter and Bowie; and his close friend Gladys Conner.
